Delete your account & data
Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Question Bank account and associated personal data. You can also submit a request from the app under Profile → Delete account & data.
How it works
- Submit the form below with the email address tied to your account.
- We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.
- You will receive confirmation at your email once processing is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone, avatar, study preferences)
- Uploaded study materials and extracted document text
- Generated and saved practice questions
- Test attempts, scores, and analytics
- Subscription and device session records
Data that may be retained
- Payment records required for tax, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be kept for up to 7 years where applicable.
- Anonymized aggregate statistics that cannot identify you.
